Incident or Misconduct Reports:

1. Go ArbiterSports
2. Go to LISTS Tab
3. Click on Forms Tab
4. Click on Misconduct Link
5. Pick Soccer from dropdown menu and enter Password 123
6. If for Misconduct, fill out and click Liaison Lopez after filled out
7. Click Save
8. If for Incident click Save
