In order to become a member of CVSOA you must do the following:

1. Be an official in good standing of CalSouth or another US Soccer State Association.
2. Take part in two classroom trainings and one field/scrimmage training.
3. Take classes at NFHSlearn.com
4. Fill out the CVSOA Membership Form
5. Pass the CVSOA High School Test.
6. Pay your CVSOA Dues
7. Pay your assignment fee deposit.

You must be 18+ years old to officiate high school soccer.
